About Application IDs and Monash University's On-line Application Systems

Monash University's Research Degree and Scholarships Application and eAdmissions Applicant Portals use an applicant account ID and password to login.

If you have created an online application using the Research Degree and Scholarships Application or the eAdmissions Applicant Portal, or if an agent has done this on your behalf, you will have been sent an account ID via email. This email would look similar to the example shown below:

You can use the same account ID and password to access both application systems. If you have an account ID and password, you can use them to log into your chosen application now.

Choose the Link to Research Degree and Scholarships Application to apply for a scholarship for and/or place in a Research Degree such as Masters by Research or PhD.

Choose the Link to eAdmissions Applicant Portal if you wish to apply for a place at Monash in a Coursework degree (such as a Bachelors or Masters by Coursework).

If you believe that you have been allocated an applicant account ID and password but cannot locate them, use the Retrieve my applicant ID and/or reset password page to have them sent to your registered email address. If your details can be found, an email containing your account ID and password will be emailed to you immediately.
