We are pleased to advise that Graduate Research Admission and Scholarship applications will be moving to the My.App portal from the dates indicated below.

Admissions Only Applicants

Applications for admission can be submitted until 11:59 pm on 19 January 2025 on this current portal.

All applications for admission will need to be submitted in the My.App portal from 20 January 2025.

Any incomplete application not submitted by 11:59 pm on 19 January 2025 cannot be transferred. Applicants will be required to create a new application in the My.App portal.

Applications without an Invitation to Apply will not be considered.

Scholarship Applicants

Applicants and students may use this system to apply for Monash central scholarships. Monash central scholarships are only available to students based at Australian Monash campuses.

Domestic Applicants: Applications for Round 4, 2024 closed on the 31 October 2024. All applications for the next scholarship round will not be accepted via this portal. The next scholarship round will open on 20 January 2025 in the My.App portal.

International Applicants: All applications for the current scholarship round must be submitted by 31 March 2025. The next scholarship round will open on 1 April 2025 in the My.App portal.

Any incomplete scholarship application not submitted by the closing dates indicated above cannot be transferred. Applicants will be required to create a new application in the My.App portal.

Information on applying for a scholarship at Monash's overseas campuses and locations can be found on the Monash Graduate Research Office website.
