The information collected through this application (including digital images) is done so for the primary purpose of assessing your application for a postgraduate research scholarship and/or research degree admission. Other purposes of collection include attending to administrative matters, corresponding with you (before or after application is submitted) and statistical analysis. The information collected on this form (including digital images) may be disclosed to government agencies such as the Australian Taxation Office, the Department of Education and Training, Centrelink and the Department of Home Affairs. If you choose not to complete all the questions on this form, it may not be possible for Monash University to assess your application. You have a right to access personal information that Monash University holds about you, subject to any exceptions in relevant legislation.
