Only EOI applications submitted via this online form will be assessed by The Academy. Any EOI forms sent to The Academy via email will NOT be assessed. Multiple forms will not be accepted.
Please review the Academy Themes and the list of projects (at: www.iitbmonash.org/researchProjects) prior to completing the EOI form.
In order to complete this EOI form you will need to input your general details first including a valid email address.
- Once you have done that, click on 'Validate email address'
- An email will be sent to your nominated email address with a 'Verification Code'. (So make sure you enter a valid email address).
- You will then see a box where you can enter your Verification Code.
- When you receive this code in your email, enter your Verification Code.
- On validation, you can then fill in the rest of the EOI form.
Please do not state "1st class" or "Honours" against the questions on grades below. Cite your exact marks/grades. In general provide as much detail as possible for every question.
Once the information is submitted you will not be able to modify your entry.
Upon completion of the EOI form an email will be sent to your nominated email address confirming your submission.
If you are invited to participate in the next stage of the application process you will be contacted via email.
